Sautéed Chard & Bok Choy Stir-Fry with Scallion-Garlic Sauce

A vibrant, nutrient-rich stir-fry that brings together the hearty earthiness of chard and the tender crunch of bok choy.
Ingredients:
1 bunch rainbow chard
chopped (stems and leaves separated)
1 bunch baby bok choy
halved or quartered
2 scallions
thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
Optional: red pepper flakes
sesame seeds
cooked rice or noodles
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped chard stems and bok choy. Cook 2–3 min until slightly softened.
Add scallions
garlic
and chard leaves. Sauté another 2–3 min until wilted and fragrant.
Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to coat.
Serve warm over rice or noodles
topped with sesame seeds or chili flakes.
