Garlic Yogurt Sauce

This homemade garlic yogurt sauce is creamy, tangy, and SO easy to make! Stir it together in minutes to jazz up wraps, roasted vegetables, and more.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • grated
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • plus more as needed
Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl
  2. stir together the yogurt
  3. olive oil
  4. lemon juice
  5. garlic
  6. and salt.
  7. Stir in the water. If the sauce is too thick
  8. add more water
  9. 1 tablespoon at a time
  10. to thin it to your desired consistency. Season to taste.
  11. Store the sauce for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
